Warrior VS Strong Food Logging Challenge


Food Logging Challenge! We are challenging everyone to LOG everything we EAT or DRINK for TWO DAYS!! 

Use whatever form you like to record your food diary. Whether it is pencil and paper, Myfitnesspal, LoseIt or another form that works for you, THAT is what matters! 

Take a photo of yourself during the day with some food AND post that with an image of that food logged!
